    Step 1: Copy the Signature to Clipboard

    Copy Signature

    • Once you are satisfied with your signature, click the "Copy Signature to Clipboard" button
    • A message will confirm that the signature has been copied

    Step 2: Open Outlook and Access Settings

    1. Launch Outlook

    • Open the Outlook application on your computer.

    2. Access Signature Settings

    • Go to File > Options > Mail
    • Click on the "Signatures..." button.

    Step 3: Create and Set Up New Signature

    1. Create New Signature

    • In the "Email Signature" tab, click "New" to create a new signature.
    • Name your signature (e.g. "Professional Signature").

    2. Paste Your Signature:

    In the editing area, right-click and press Ctrl + V(Windows) or Cmd + V(Mac) to paste your copied signature. Adjust any formatting if necessary.

    3. Set as Default

    In the "Choose default signature" section, set your new signature for new emails and replies/forwards (if desired).

    4. Save and Close

    • Click "OK" to save your new signature.
    • Click "OK" again to close the Options window.

    Step 4: Verify Your Signature

    Test Your Signature

    • Compose a new email to ensure your signature appears correctly.
    • Check that all details are accurate and the image displays properly.
